Babar Hayat is an Associate Professor in the School of Information Engineering at Xi’an Eurasia University. He received his Ph.D. in Electronic Science and Technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His research interests include antenna design, metasurfaces, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, as well as performance analysis and resource allocation in next-generation wireless networks.

巴巴尔·海亚特（Babar Hayat）是西安欧亚学院信息工程学院的副教授。他在北京邮电大学获得电子科学与技术专业博士学位。其研究兴趣包括天线设计、超表面、深度学习和人工智能，以及下一代无线网络的性能分析与资源分配。
