EU-MTSU | 创新家校联动,共筑国际化育人新篇章

西安欧亚学院始终坚持以“国际化、应用型、新体验”质量内涵为特征的应用型民办本科大学的办学定位,信息工程学院中外合作办学项目积极响学校“在地国际化”的战略号召,通过优化创新家校联动方式,不断深化软件工程(中外合作办学)专业内涵建设,探索国际化人才培养新路径,为培养具有国际视野和创新能力的高质量软件工程人才奠定坚实基础。

 

Xi'an Eurasia University has always adhered to the educational positioning of a private university characterized by internationalization, application-oriented, and new experience. The Sino-foreign Joint Program of the School of Information Engineering actively responds to eurasia’s strategy of "local internationalization". We have optimized and innovated home-school linkage methods, continuously deepened the connotation construction of the software engineering major (EU-MTSU Joint Program), and explored new paths for international talents training, laying a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality software engineering talents with international vision and innovative capabilities.

 

首先,学业导师以学期为单位,定期向所有家长发送电子版阶段性学习通知单。通知单内容包括该生雅思/多邻国考试成绩、各科成绩、处分记录、日常表现情况、综合评价、改进措施等,旨在让家长全面了解学生在学校的表现,并为后续学习做好准备。

 

截止2024年4月,本专业共发送550份阶段性学习通知单。同时,对不合格科目学分达到7学分及以上的学生及其家长进行学籍预警谈话,告知目前不合格科目及成绩,分析存在问题,明确改进方向,告知恶性循环后果等。通知单发送成功后,学业导师会针对家长疑问一一进行解答,最后双方与学生进行谈话,形成闭环。

 

First of all, counselors regularly send phased learning notices to all parents each semester, which contains student's performance in IELTS or Duolingo English and all subjects, disciplinary records, daily performance, comprehensive evaluation, improvement measures. It is designed to assist parents to fully understand the student's performance in school and prepare for subsequent studies.

 

As of April 2024, counselors have sent out 550 notices. For students with 7 or more credits in unqualified subjects, a student status warning conversation will be conducted to inform both students and their parents the unqualified subjects and grades, analyze existing problems, clarify the improvement measures, and predict the vicious consequences. After the notice is sent successfully, counselors will answer parents' questions one by one. Finally, both parties will have a conversation with the student to form a closed loop.

 


 另外,设立重点学生一对一沟通机制。对于在学习、心理或行为等方面存在特殊需求的学生,安排学业导师与学生及家长进行不定时一对一沟通。这种沟通方式旨在更加深入地了解学生的个性化需求,为他们提供更有针对性的指导和帮助。通过一对一沟通,希望能够及时发现并解决学生在成长过程中遇到的问题,帮助他们更好地适应学校生活,实现全面发展。

 

In addition, the one-to-one communication mechanism for key students has been established. For students with special needs in learning, psychology and other aspects, counselors will arrange communications with students and their parents, which aims to gain a deeper understanding of students' individual needs and provide them with more targeted guidance. Through one-on-one communication, it is hoped that problems encountered by students during their growth can be discovered and solved in a timely manner, helping them better adapt to school life and achieve all-round development.



家校联动是提升教育质量、促进学生全面发展的重要途径。

 

Home-school linkage is an important way to improve the quality of education and promote students’ all-round development.

 

未来,本专业将继续深化家校联动工作,不断完善相关机制和举措,为中外合作办学专业学生提供更加优质的教育资源和发展平台。相信在双方的共同努力下,这些学生们将在国际化的教育环境中茁壮成长,成为具有全球视野和创新能力的优秀人才。

 

 In the future, this major will continue to deepen home-school linkage, continuously improve relevant mechanisms and measures, and provide better educational resources and development platforms for students majoring in Sino-foreign Joint Program. We believe that with the joint efforts of both parties, our students will thrive in an international educational environment and become outstanding talents with global vision and innovative capabilities.
